Gutter COvers

At Complete Roof group we believe that the most important thing to look for in a roofing company is STABILITY. We have been in business since 2004. Our company is locally owned and operated, and we have thousands of satisfied customers all throughout the Chicagoland area.

All too often roof problems are discovered after leaks or other serious damage occurs. Periodic inspections can often uncover cracked, warped, or missing shingles, loose seams and deteriorated flashings, excessive surface granules accumulating in the gutters and other visible signs of roof problems. We look for cracked paint, stains on interior ceilings, mold and mildew growth, discolored plasterboard and peeling wallpaper as signs of damaged roof areas.

Not necessarily. Leaking can result because some flashings have come loose or because a section of the roof has been damaged.

Code mandates that all layers are removed before reroofing if ther are already 2 layers installed. Many factors need to be considered before making that decesion, how many leaks, what shape are the current shingles in,are there any soft or spongy areas, etc. The other important factor is the warranty, most manufactures will void or shorten your warranty in most cases.

At Complete Roof Group, we take particular care in assessing your current roof ventilation before re-roofing. The right ventilation system will protect your attic and roof, save energy and promote a more comfortable temperature in your home. You will go over all ventillation options with your project manager during his assesment of your roof.

Improving the efficiency of your home is a hot topic in today’s world. One way to save on energy cost is to assess how your attic is insulated. This is done by determining your insulation’s R-value, which is your attic’s resistance to heat flow. The higher the R-value, the more effective the insulation will be at keeping your house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Even if you currently have some insulation, your home may require more insulation to maximize your comfort.

While it is true that the roofing process is disruptive, we work hard to minimize the impact on you and your family. However, for all build days, your home does become a construction jobsite. Before we begin work on your home, we will send you a letter outlining the things you can do to prepare for our arrival. .

We install 5″, and 6″ gutters in various profiles and metal types. Gutter is available in painted steel, aluminum and copper.

Two things can go wrong on a roof. The roof or repair can be installed incorrectly or the product used on the roof can fail. When the roof or repair is installed incorrectly, that is considered a workmanship defect. It is covered under the Complete Roof Group workmanship warranty. If the product fails, the defect is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

We schedule jobs in the order in which the signed contracts are received. Weather is a major factor that can affect and change our schedule. We cannot work when it is raining, snowing or if your area is experiencing high winds. There could be unexpected issues that arise on jobs where we are working. We must finish these jobs before we move on to your project. We care about the integrity of each roofing system we install so we always finish a job completely before beginning a new project.

Our payment terms are 50% deposit and final payment on completion. A 5% hold back is considered acceptable until any city or county inspection are completed.
